Exam Results

We are proud of the hard work and commitment shown by our Year 11 students this year. Our 2024/25 GCSE results are as follows:

• 41% of students achieved grade 4 or above in English and maths
• 23% of students achieved grade 5 or above in English and maths

While these outcomes are below our ambitious targets, we celebrate the individual successes of our students, many of whom made strong progress from their starting points. Our staff and students have worked exceptionally hard in a challenging year, demonstrating resilience and determination.

We are committed to raising standards further and have already implemented a robust action plan focused on:

• Enhanced teaching and learning strategies
• Targeted support and interventions for students
• Close collaboration with families and the wider community

Our priority is to ensure every student at Alde Valley Academy achieves their full potential, and we look forward to sharing further progress in the coming year.
